Armida Lopez

It is with great sadness that the family of Armida Lopez announces her passing after a brief and courageous fight with cancer. She passed away on Tuesday, July 3rd, 2018, at the age of 65 years. Armida will be forever remembered and loved by her children, Carlos Hernandez (Melissa), Chris Lopez-Ochoa, and Illiana Ochoa. Armida will also be remembered by her 3 beautiful grandchildren, Nicholas, Vanessa and Noah Hernandez. She was born and raised in El Salvador until she made Canada her new home where she lived her remaining 28 years of life. She was a hard worker who lived a quiet and humble life. She enjoyed listening to her music and spent most of her time studying and reading. She always had a great way of finding beauty in all things small or big. Family and friends are asked to gather at Windsor Memorial Gardens, 1100 Division Rd. on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. for Armida's Funeral Service. Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Armida to the Cancer Foundation or The Hospice of Windsor and Essex County.
