Teresita Erpelo Langit

Teresita Langit passed away peacefully on July 8, 2019 at the age of 73. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her sons Patricio, Joseph (Mirasol) and Henry (Catherine); grandchildren Patricia, Angelo, Fiona, Micaella, Manika, Noah, Nya, Ethan and Logan; siblings Norma, Corazon and Eduardo; nieces and nephews, Rey, Mario, Manny, Judith, Norisa, Ronnel, Warren and Michael. She was predeceased by her husband, Enrique; and parents, Emeterio and Miguela. Teresita grew up in The Philippines and moved to Winnipeg, MB in October of 1989. She worked hard to raise her three sons. Since 1994, she has been battling breast cancer, her fighter spirit kept her alive and strong until her recent passing. She was also very involved in raising her 9 grandchildren. Lamay will be held on July 13 from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday July 16 at 10:00 am at Thomson “In the Park” Funeral Home, with burial to follow at Glenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank Dr. Gordon of Cancercare and the St. Boniface Palliative Care Unit.
