Geraldine Rose Sangwais

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved, Geraldine Rose Sangwais, on September 21, 2019. The Wake will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Sakimay Band Hall. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sakimay Band Hall, the feast to follow. Interment in the Sakimay Cemetery. She was predeceased by her mother Joyce Sangwais, brother Kenneth, sister Dianne Sangwais and her adopted parents Fernie and Janet Thomas. She is survived by her partner William Chevez; her children Ginger Sangwais (Walter, Armando, Miriam, Javier), Yolanda Chevez and Miguel Chevez; her siblings Calvin Sangwais, Heather and Donna Grant; niece Danielle Sangwais (Manuel, Dianna, Natalie, Lesley, Cecilia), Eddie girl, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and special aunt Louise Kahnapace.
