Russell Neil Rooker was born on April 3, 1938 in Yakima, Washington and passed away on April 27, 2019 in Bonney Lake, Washington and is under the care of Langevin El Paraiso Funeral Home.

Graveside Service will be held on May 4, 2019 at 8:00 am at Tahoma Cemetery, 1802 Tahoma Avemue, Yakima, Washington.

Serving as pallbearers are Zak Blanchard, April Matney, Ashley Wolf, Henry Wang, Jay Charland, Ashley Heether.
