Serving as our location manager, Jess Wakefield has provided peace and comfort to families of the greater Seattle area since the late 2000s. Born and half raised throughout California, Jess moved with her family to the Seattle area in the summer of 1996.
Jess earned her degree in mortuary science from Lake Washington Institute of Technology after completing her bachelor's in environmental sciences and pre-law.
As a strong believer in continuing education, she is always looking for new things to learn or ways to teach others and in pursuit of her MBA. She is a member of the Academy of Professional Funeral Service Practice, the Lake Washington Institute of Technology Funeral Services Advisory Board, and is an active member in her own community. She is also an executive board member for the Washington State Funeral Directors Association and serves on the Public Relations Team, Government Liaison Team and the Bill Martin Scholarship committees.
Jess enjoys the outdoors whether running half marathons, hiking, going to the beach or playing soccer. She also likes to spend her time watching movies with her husband.
