Vinh Dieu LY

Vinh Ly was a loving brother, uncle, and friend. He loved to experience new things and share love, laughter, and fun with all those around him. Vinh enjoyed helping people and telling jokes to make us laugh. We were all truly lucky to have been touched by his kindness and he will be forever remembered and missed.
