Dusan Lazic

Dusan (“Dujo”) Lazic, age 69, of Falls Church, Virginia, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, July 16, 2021.Dusan was born May 10, 1952 in former Yugoslavia. Dusan is survived by his wife Merima, his children Darko and Ivana, grandchildren Stefan, Ethan, and Alexander, and daughter-in-law, Janet, and son-in-law, Mahip. Dusan was a caring and loving husband, dad, and grandfather. He dedicated himself to his family. He enjoyed taking pictures and videos of his grandchildren, documenting every milestone. His family was his treasure. Dusan was loved by everyone he met. He would spend many hours on the phone catching up with extended family and friends all over the world. He loved soccer and tennis. He discussed matches and other subjects many times a day with Bekir and Mladenko. Dusan’s eyes would gleam anytime tennis player Novak Djokovic would get a win. Dusan loved feeding birds and spending time on the beach with his family with a Mango Tango drink in his hands. The family invites you to a Visitation for Dusan which will be held Sunday, July 25, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Murphy Funeral Home located at 1102 W Broad St, Falls Church, VA 22046, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM and reception.
