Memorial Service will be held on August 17, 2019 at 11:00 am at Willow Oaks Country Club, 6228 Forest Hill Ave., Richmond, Virginia. Graveside Service will be held on August 24, 2019 at 12:00 pm at Hollywood Cemetery, 412 South Cherry St, Richmond, VA.
