Sean Michael Preske, 40, of Evansville, IN, passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at his home. He was born April 18, 1980, in Evansville, Indiana.
Sean worked at TaylorMade Distribution Center, where he enjoyed his position as a supervisor. He was a member of Salem United Church of Christ-Huesler. Sean had very strong faith. He always enjoyed helping others and spreading the word of God. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with his children. He enjoyed music, the outdoors and nature, camping, family bonfires, movie nights, go-cart racing, and attending the Indy 500 with his dad. He loved working on home improvement projects with his "bro" Jimmy.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Cindy Starr Preske; cousin and bestfriend, Jason D. Bruce; "uncle" Elbert Roman; cousin, Dana Marie Kay Birchler; grandparents, Bill and Evelyne Roman and James and Jacqueline Preske.
Sean is survived by his children, Lillian "Lily" Marie Preske and Logan Anthony Preske; father, Tony Preske; sister, Amber Preske; brothers, Aaron Preske (Samantha) and Brad Flittner (Jacob); cousin and best friend, Misti Bruce (Jimmy Clement) and their twins, Trinity and Taetum; aunt, Jayne Bruce-Utley; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews; and a special friend, Jessica Chamberlain.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 5, 2021, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Albert Schmitz, with burial in Salem UCC Heusler Cemetery. Friends may visit Monday from 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
