Hazel Irene Burley

Hazel Irene Burley, 69 of Lynchburg passed away at her home on Wednesday, January 11, 2017. Born on January 8, 1948 in Piney River, Virginia to the late Percy C. Angus and Christine H. Angus. Hazel was a member of Keystone Baptist Church. She loved gardening and working in her flower bed. In addition to her parents she was proceeded in death by her step-father, Louis Earl Campbell; sisters, Ethel Mae Gowens and Helen Elizabeth Cooper; brothers, Warren Angus and Sam Angus. She is survived by her sons, James Dallas Burley, Jr. and his wife Donna, Kevin Wayne Burley, and Kenneth Ray Burley; a sister, Louise Marshall; a brother, Cameron Ray Angus; one granddaughter, Kristine Burley as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Keystone Baptist Church, 212 Fleetwood Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24501.
