Helen Elizabeth Lapitsky

Arrangements under tOn Sunday, March 23, 2014, passed away in Arlington, VA. Born in Pittsburg, PA and grew up in Port Huron, MI later graduating from the University of Michigan. After graduation, she moved to Chicago, IL where she worked in a war plant during the war years and subsequently worked for 36 years at the Brunswick Corp. She retired to Annandale, VA. Her retirement years were spent doing volunteer work and traveling. She is survived by her nieces Stephany O'Sullivan and Barbara Wahle of MD and her nephews Gregory Lapitsky of MD and Matt Lapitsky of Anaheim, CA; two great-nieces; one great-nephew; five great-great-nephews and many friends. On March 28 at 11 a.m. a graveside service will be held at Parklawn Memorial Park, Rockville, MD
