Lois Bertsch

Lois Mae Bertsch, 91, of Carmel, died Tuesday, July 19, 2011 in Atlanta, Georgia. She was born in Connersville, on September 7, 1919 to Ivan H. and Etta Mae Stant. On January 1, 1940 she married Arville Eugene Bertsch in Connersville where she lived until nine years ago. She resided in Connersville until moving to Carmel nine years ago. Preceding her in death is her parents; husband; two brothers: Gerald Stant and Robert Stant. Lois was loved by her two daughters: Carolyn Ann Stevens of Carmel; Claudia Wilson of Atlanta, Georgia; three grandchildren: Morrie Stevens of Fishers; Bret Garwood; Beth Boggs both of Atlanta, Georgia; four great-grandchildren: Davis Garwood, Olivia Boggs, Caroline Boggs all of Atlanta, Georgia; Shelby Stevens of Fishers. Private graveside services will be conducted at the convenience of the family at Dale Cemetery, Connersville, with Pastor David Fields officiating.
