Pamela “Uma” (Miller) Wade, 70, of Evansville, passed away Sunday, April 8, 2018.
Pam graduated from Reitz High School in 1965 and was the 1961 Fall Festival Queen. From age 4, she had a love of the accordion. She was a member of Forest Hills Wesleyan Church. Her faith was her highest priority, followed by her family. She worked at USI from 1981 to present and assisted her husband, Carl, in running Wade’s Christian Leisure Tours.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Billy and Eileen Miller.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Carl Wade; daughters, Holly Kidwell (Jarit) and Heather Baugh (Scott); grandchildren, Jordan Masterson (Jourdan), Brooklyn Buchanan (Joshua), Justin Kidwell and Jessica Kidwell; great-grandchildren, Lazarus and Soloman Buchanan; and sister, Sheila LaChance (Tom).
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, April 13, 2018, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Rev. Ray Austin and Pastor Mike Stoelting, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Thursday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Friday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
