Terry Wayne Cook, 57, of Evansville, passed away Friday, August 31, 2018. He was born July 14, 1961 in Evansville. He enjoyed fishing and weight lifting. His biggest joy was his dog, Mary. Terry is survived by his sister Wanda Johnson (Rocky), brother, Toby Cook; five children, and his soulmate, Rhonda Schmidt. No public services will be held.
