Sally S. Hart

Sally S. Hart, 49, passed away Saturday, May 5, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Wayne and Phyllis J. Hart. She was a graduate of Elmhurst High School. She was employed by Lutheran Hospital and owned Hart's Cleaning. She attended Trinity English Lutheran Church. Sally is survived by Karla and Dylan Conrad and her sisters, Pemila (Mark) Fowler, Betsy (Ted) Gilliom and Susan Frisch. Service is 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 9, 2018, in the Bohn Chapel at Lindenwood Cemetery, 2324 W. Main Street, with visitation one hour prior. Service will be officiated by Rev. Dr. Kathleen W. Haller. Preferred memorials are to Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana (www.cancer-services.org) or Hope for Animals (www.hope-for-animals.org).
