BEULAH L. TUSTISON, 90, of Harlan, died on Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013, at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born Feb. 15, 1922, in Allen County, she was a daughter of the late Chester and Lena Jackson. She retired as manager of the Harlan Library after 25 years of service in 1993. She was a member of Harlan United Methodist Church. Surviving are her daughter, Janise (Kevin) Griggs of Harlan; grandchildren, Steven Coon and Michelle (Darryl) Cooper, both of Fort Wayne, and Stacy (Mike) Stevens of Woodburn; great-grandchildren, Jenn and Bryant Coon, Justin and Jarrett Graber, Chase, Kylee and Mason Stevens; great-great-grandson, Ethan Gerardot; sister, Margarette Bashore of Fort Wayne; niece, Barb Maynard; and nephew, David Bashore. She was also preceded on death by her husband, Duke, in 1984; and brother, Kenneth Jackson. Funeral service is 10:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at Harlan United Methodist Church, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Steve Bard officiating. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at Hockemeyer Funeral Home, Harlan. Burial in Scipio Cemetery, Harlan.
