Nina Theresa Bradburn, 91, a resident of Bridgewater, passed away on Tuesday evening, June 12, 2018.
She was born on June 25, 1926 in Hinton, and was the daughter of the late Thomas Conn and Omega Viola Hinegardner Bradburn.
Nina graduated from Mt. Clinton High School and was employed in the office of Wampler Food Inc. in Hinton for 30 years before retiring. She was a member of Hose Company #4 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed traveling and fishing and loved her cat, Alice.
She is survived by a brother, Julius Bradburn and wife, Annabelle, of Harrisonburg; a sister, Odessa Showalter, of Bridgewater; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ewell, Melvin, Norman, Randolph and Thurston Bradburn; her sisters, Edna Cooper, Avanell Mason, June Orebaugh and Virginia Bradburn.
The family will receive friends 6-7:00 pm, Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Lindsey Funeral Home in Harrisonburg.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, June 15, 2018 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mt. Horeb UMC Cemetery.
