49, of Indianapolis, passed away March 9, 2018. He was born April 6, 1968 in Muncie, Indiana to Mary Lou Scroggins Talbott. He worked at James Babcock Incorporation as an electrician. He enjoyed the Indianapolis 500 race. Kelly is survived by his son Trevor Talbott, sister DeLane (Keith) Biddlecombe, brothers Kevin Talbott, Eugene Talbott, nieces Madison Talbott, Marysa Talbott, nephew Nathan Talbott.
