William Joseph Baase

William Joseph Baase 80, of Indianapolis died May 17, 2013. He was born July 4, 1932 in Indianapolis to Walter J. and Eveleigh (Bower) Baase. He was a supervisor for Western Electric for 35 years, retiring in 1985. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Joe is preceded in death by his wife Mary Helen Lovell Baase, son James M. Baase. He is survived by his children: Thomas J. (Jean) Baase, Terri Monaghan, daughter in law Kim Baase, brother Andrew Baase, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday May 21 at 12:30 pm at Feeney-Hornak Shadeland Mortuary followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 1 pm at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Visitation will be Monday, May 20, 2013 from 4 – 8 pm at the mortuary. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery. Memorials in Joe’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
