William Glenn McRee

William Glenn McRee, 66 of Indianapolis passed away on October 8th, 2018. He was born on January 8th, 1952 in Indianapolis and was the son of Lester and Mary (Sanders) McRee. William attended North Central High School and The Herron Institute for Art. He was a proud veteran of the US Army achieving status as a Marksman with his issued rifle. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, cooking, creating art and was an avid Colts fan. William was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Kenny, Danny and Timothy McRee. He will be sadly missed by daughter Rachel McRee, son Travis McRee, granddaughter Natalie McRee, sister Kathleen (Brad) Martin and brothers Dave and Michael McRee. A memorial service will be held at Glendale Christian Church, 1788 Haynes Ave in Indianapolis on Saturday October 13th at 1:00 PM. Immediately following this service, there will be a pitch-in style gathering at Broad Ripple Boat Company, 7108 Fitch Ave in Indianapolis.
