Gretchen A. Geiger, 45 of Fort Wayne passed away at 5:39 am on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at her residence. Gretchen was a 1991 graduate of Wayne High School. She loved to work in her garden, crochet and she dearly loved her cats. Gretchen was an administrator for the NF2 Crew on Facebook. She attended NIH. Gretchen was born on January 12, 1973 in Bluffton, the daughter of Roy and Jane (Geiger) Feigel. Survivors include a daughter: Martha Geiger of Wheaton, IL; two sons: John Geiger and Steven Geiger both of Fort Wayne; companion: James Baker of Fort Wayne; a brother: Derrick Feigel of Markle; uncle & aunt: Alan (Cindy) Geiger of Fort Wayne; uncle & aunt: Gary (Kathy) Geiger of Markle; uncle & aunt: Randy (Jackie) Geiger of Markle; aunt & uncle; Susan (Jeff) Keele of Wheaton, IL; two half-sisters: Carrin Edgar, Lizzy Frick and her father: Roy Feigel of Traverse City, MI. She was preceded in death by her mother: Jane (Geiger) Feigel Schurr. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Myers Funeral Home Markle Chapel, 415 N. Lee Street, Markle, Indiana. Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 7:00 pm following visitation at the Myers Funeral Home Markle Chapel with Pastor Wendell Brane officiating. Memorial donations can be made out to The Neuro Foundation in care of Myers Funeral Home, P.O. Box 403, Markle, IN 46770.
