Sharon A Brown

Sharon Ann Brown (Huxhold), of Haines City, Florida died on November 30, 2018, in Tampa, Florida at the age of 72. She is survived by her children, Jason (Julie) Brown of Ossian, Indiana, Todd Brown of Campobello, South Carolina, and Michelle Brown of Raleigh, North Carolina, and three grandchildren, Jessica and Hannah Brown of Ossian, Indiana, and Jordan Brown of Orlando, Florida. She is preceded in death by parents, Goble and Juanita Huxhold of Haines City, Florida. Sharon was born on June 14, 1946, in Muncie, Indiana. Sharon graduated from Spartanburg High School, in Spartanburg, South Carolina in 1964 and married James Channing Brown, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, her high school sweetheart. She retired from the Walt Disney Vacation Club in Orlando, Florida as a customer service representative. She was admired for her dedication to her work, her enthusiasm for the business and her overall kindness and compassion to her fellow castmates. Sharon was a beautiful woman inside and out and will be greatly missed. Her love of her family and of her beloved Maltese, Scooter, were paramount in her life. A receiving of friends and family is scheduled for Sunday, December 9, 2018, from 12:00pm and funeral service at 2:00pm followed by a graveside service at Elm Ridge Funeral Home & Memorial Park at 4600 W Kilgore Ave, Muncie, Indiana, 47304.
