Obituary of Clara Mae (Martin) Snider
Clara Mae (Martin) Snider, 89, passed away May 6, 2018. The daughter of the late Hattie Mae and Jack Edward Martin, Clara was born October 18, 1928 in Edmonton, Kentucky. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in New Albany. Clara was the consummate mother, grandmother, and hostess. Though often quiet, she could surprise you with her quick wit and funny remarks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Snider.; daughter, Alice Jean Caesar; sister, Hazel Grose; and brother, Frank Martin. Survivors include her daughters, JoAnn Glotzbach (Larry) and Sue Hubbuch (Bob); son-in-law, Bob Caesar; grandchildren, Lisa Lancaster (Steve), Brent Glotzbach (Kim), Brad Glotzbach (Amy), Justin Glotzbach (Ali), Scott Caesar (Cindy), Travis Hubbuch (Kathleen); and 15 great grandchildren. Visitation will be 11:00 am ~ 4:00 pm Thursday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Her Funeral Service will be 4 pm Thursday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with private entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
