Florence May (Poapst) Roberts, 95, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018 in New Albany, Indiana. She was born September 24, 1922 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late Silas Clifton Poapst and Elizabeth Mary (Connor) Poapst. She is preceded in death by her sons, John, Carl, and Kenneth.
Survivors include her children, Mary Mulcahy, Lucy Pizzi, Victoria Smith, Allen Roberts, Alfred Roberts, Anthony Pizzi, and Valerie Morris; and siblings, Howard and Lydia.
Visitation will be 6 pm ~ 8 pm Friday, May 18th at Alleva Funeral Home in Paoli, Pennsylvania. A Graveside Service will be 11 am Saturday, May 19th at Fernwood Cemetery in Fernwood, Pennsylvania.
