Stephen Wally Wayne Good

Stephen Wayne “Wally” Good, 51, a resident of Shenandoah, passed away at his home on Thursday, May 9, 2013. He was born in Page County on April 4, 1962, and is the son of Elda Jean Bradley Good of Shenandoah, and the late Charles I. Good, Jr. Wayne lived his entire life in Shenandoah. He attended Page County High School and had retired from construction. He was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, New Market Eagles, and Avis O. Comer, VFW, where he helped with chicken barbeques for 28 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Charles Irvin Good, III, and William Grant Good both of Shenandoah, two sisters, Mary Ellen Ellis Lang of Luray and Iva Charlene Ruhling of Shenandoah; his companion, Lisa Comer of Shenandoah; and numerous nieces and nephews. There will not be a formal visitation and the casket will be closed. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, May 13, 2013, at Rest Haven Community Cemetery.
