Louis E. Paul, Jr. passed away peacefully on Nov. 29, 2018 at the Hospice House. He is survived by his sisters, Gayle Coleman of California, Heidi Paul of Richmond, and Stefonia Alfonsi of Chesapeake. He will be laid to rest with his mother and father in Arlington National Cemetery.
