Jeanne Myers Williams

Jeanne Myers Williams passed away on April 7th, 2014 -- a month shy of turning 92. She grew up in Wenonah, NJ, and married Robert G.W. Williams, Jr. in Woodbury, NJ on September 9, 1944.
Jeanne was a very supportive Navy wife, a talented artist, a sincere and fun-loving mother with a good sense of humor, a kind and genuine friend, a good sister and an active parishioner in various churches.
She is survived by: her husband of 69 ½ years, Rear Admiral Robert G.W. Williams, (MC) USN (Ret.), of Williamsburg, VA; her son, David Williams (wife Allison); her daughter, Barbara Scott, (husband Dennis); and, her daughter-in-law, Linda Williams. Jeanne is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Wynne, Jeanne and Bob’s eldest son, passed away in 2003.
Jeanne will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery, with a graveside service for family members only.
