Yanaliese Janet Ava Cardenas - Medina, 2 months old, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021. Yanaliese was born November 24, 2020 in Fort Wayne, daughter of Jacob Medina, Jr. and Lucrecia Cardenas. In addition to her parents, Yanaliese is survived by her grandparents, Jacob Medina, Sr., Nicole Medina, Luis Cardenas, Sr. and Dalia Davila; and aunts and uncles, Jennifer Mejia, Luis Cardenas, Jr., Avary Medina, and Darrian Medina.
