IN THE CARE OF
D.O. McComb & Sons Funeral Homes - Covington Knolls
Ronald D. Clark, 83, of Roanoke, Ind., passed away Friday, Feb. 19, 2021. After living with Multiple Sclerosis for over 40 years, Ron left his weary body for his eternal home. Born on June 21, 1937, Ron was a son of the late Howard and Dora (Roller) Clark of Zanesville, Ind. Ron worked at International Harvester until MS forced him onto permanent disability. In the mid-1960s, Ron and his twin brother, Don, built Fawn Forest, a 14-acre campground from swampland and woods. The campground still exists today in Angola, Ind., under new management. Ron and Mary Lou were married for over 61 years and spent their lives together in the Fort Wayne area. Ron was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and he now resides in Heaven. Because of that, his family rejoices in knowing that he can see, hear, walk and run again. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Lou; and children, Kimmerly Minniear and Jeff Clark; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Delores Fry, Eldon Clark, Don Clark, and Karan Clark. A private service will be held on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021. Family requests donations be made to Our Daily Bread Ministries : ourdailybread.org. The family appreciates your prayers.
