Patricia M. (O'Driscoll) Albrecht

Patricia M. (O'Driscoll) Albrecht, age 93, of Fishers, Indiana passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2021. Pat was born on May 18, 1927 in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin to the late Patrick and May O'Driscoll. Pat graduated from McDonell Memorial High School in 1945. She married Vern Albrecht on July 10, 1948. Pat was a longtime member of St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church. Pat held many part time jobs throughout her life and always seemed to be the person to handle the cash! She was bookkeeper for 2 family businesses while raising her family. Pat’s favorite job was being a caretaker for anyone who needed her help. She loved spending time with her husband, her children, and grandchildren. Pat also enjoyed reading, walking, bike riding, playing cards and making cookies for her grandkids. Her great-Grandma cookies were especially popular! She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Pat is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Vern Eugene Albrecht; children, Deb (Allen) Robarge and Greg (Charlotte) Albrecht; nephews, Mike and Pat Burke; 8 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. Pat was preceded in death by her parents; children, Susan M. Albrecht and Tom Albrecht; and siblings, Demerize, Gerald and Eileen. A Catholic Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, 11441 Hague Road, Fishers, Indiana 46038. Following the Mass, burial will be an entombment at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, Indiana 46250. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Patricia's memory may be made to Indiana School for the Deaf, 1200 E 42nd St, Indianapolis, Indiana 46205 US or St. Louis de Montfort Catholic Church, 11441 Hague Rd, Fishers, Indiana 46038 US.
