Rev. Donald E Frank

Rev. Donald E. Frank, 91, passed away on April 2, 2021 in Fort Wayne. He was born in Chicago, IL on November 24, 1929, a son of the late Louis and Bernadine Frank. Donald was a pastor at St. John (Flatrock) Lutheran Church in Monroeville from 1963 until 1990. He was a past pastor of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in San Diego, CA and past pastor of Our Master Lutheran Church of Inkster, MI. He had also been an Instructor of Religion and History of Lutheran High West of Detroit, MI. Donald is survived by his wife of 65 years, Evelyn Frank; sons, Timothy (Linda) Frank, Daniel (Kimberly) Frank, and Thomas Frank; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers, Norman Frank, Robert Frank, Roger Frank, and his sister, June Beuke. Funeral service will be held at 11 am on Friday, April 9, 2021 with visitation for two hours prior at St John Lutheran Flatrock Church, 12912 Franke Rd, Monroeville, IN 46773. Entombment will take place in Concorida Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne, IN. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Peace Lutheran Church of Fremont, IN or St. John Lutheran Church of Monroeville, IN.
