Gerald Alan Sitrin

Gerald Alan Sitrin, age 82, of Albany, New York, passed away on April 2, 2021 in Front Royal, Virginia. Jerry was born in Albany, New York to Nathan and Beatrice Sitrin on July 13, 1938 where he was raised and went to school. Gerald excelled in school and eventually went on to graduate from Wharton Business School. He married Edith Kriegeskorte on June 7, 1964 in New York. His career included working as a Financial Manager for over 12 years, running his own business for over 5 years, and working in IT for over 20 years as a Director of Information Technology. He had a passion for antique clocks and photography. Through the years he repaired and restored many beautiful clocks. Jerry also amassed a large photography collection. He received several awards for his photography. Gerald is preceded in death by his parents Nathan and Beatrice and by his wife Edith. Gerald is survived by his daughters Nicole and Michelle and his son-in-law William, his brother Harris, and his Grandchildren Ava, William, Isabella and Vincent. Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday April 8, 2021 at noon at the King David Memorial Gardens in Falls Church, Virginia. Rabi Jonathan Z. Maltzman will officiate. Arrangements are by National Funeral Home.
