ANNA M. COOK, 95, of Woodburn, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011 at Dupont Hospital. She was born Dec. 5, 1915 in Harmon, Ill. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and had been a Girl Scout leader in Woodburn for over 56 years. Surviving are her daughter, Anita (Stanley) Bremer, of St. Joe; sons, Alvin (Roseann) Cook, of Woodburn, and Bernard Cook, of Angola; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Frances Baughman, of Harlan. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert in 1977; parents; two brothers; and three sisters. Service is 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2011 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Harlan, with visitation one hour prior. The Rev. Amy Beitelschees-Albers officiating. Visitation also from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2011 at Hockemeyer Funeral Home, Harlan. Burial at Scipio Cemetery, Harlan.
