GINETTE "MOMO" S. MANTER, 78, of Fort Wayne, died on Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at her residence. Born March 24, 1934, in Nancy, France, she was a Christian. She worked as a machinist / blue print design at Dana Corp, retiring after 20 years of service in 1998 and had worked for Borden's Ice Cream for 22 years. "Our Momo, the most beautiful, free spirit, generous and LOVING woman! She loved and adored her children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Memories of joy and laughter will last forever... We love you!" Surviving are her daughters, Francine Brown and Suzi (Mark Gawel) White, both of Fort Wayne and Sandy (Steve Davis) Carter of Union, Ohio; grandchildren, Jarred, China, Jasz, Vince, Samantha, Steven, Marko, Sarah, Abigail, and Jessica; great-granddaughter, Jaydyn; and brother, Gerard Veille Gros Jean. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gaston and Suzanne Veille Gros Jean and granddaughter, Parke White. Funeral service is 5 p.m. Monday , Nov. 19, 2012, with visitation from 2 to 5 p.m. Pastor Donald Nord officiating. www.sloanandsonsfuneralhome.com
