Donald C. Weber, 89, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home. Born Apr. 24, 1923 in Fort Wayne, he was a World War II Navy Veteran. He retired in 1984 from American Hoist. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Surviving are his daughter, Linda J. Schrader, of Monroeville; son, Gary M. (Peggy) Weber, of Bluffton; daughter, Susan K. (Gordon) Morris, of Fort Wayne and daughter, Kathy A. (John) Mohler, of Bluffton; eight grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; sisters, Carol Klinger, of Fort Wayne and Mary Ann Logan, of Clermont, FL; and friend, Grace Bathurst, of Fort Wayne. He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis, J. Weber, in 1997; daughter, Sherry A. Weber; son-in-law, Bob Schrader; brothers, Robert, Ralph and Kenneth Weber and sisters, Geraldine Graham and Evelyn Papai. Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00 am Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4500 Fairfield Ave. with calling one hour prior. Visitation is 3-5 and 7-9 pm Tuesday at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Rd. Chapel, 6424 Winchester Rd. Burial in Catholic Cemetery.
