Brenda Ann Hafler

Brenda Ann Hafler, 50, of Tully, NY, passed away Monday, December 30, 2013 at her home. Brenda was born in Evansville, Indiana, the daughter of David and Karleen (Feldhaus) Ziliak. Brenda was a graduate of the University of Evansville where she received her Bachelors in Computer Science. Brenda was employed by Travelers Insurance as a Supervisor in their call center. She was a member of Grace Chapel, Skaneateles, NY, where she has organized several of the church’s senior dinners. Brenda was a member of Tully Rotary International and was also an advisor for the Interact club. Brenda is survived by her three loving children, Joseph Michael Hafler, Sarah Karleen Hafler and Megan Elizabeth Hafler, all of Tully, NY; her father, David Ziliak and step-mother, Mary of Ferdinand, Indiana; two brothers, Brian (Michelle) Ziliak, of Utica, Kentucky and Bret Ziliak of Evansville, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Karleen Feldhaus Ziliak on January 20, 1989. Calling hours will be from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Alexander Funeral Home- North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road, Evansville, IN 47711. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. immediately following calling hours. At 11:00am there will be a transition to Saint Joseph Catholic Cemetery, 2500 Mesker Park Drive, Evansville, IN 47720 for a burial ceremony.
