Marie A. Rodrigue

Marie A. Rodrigue, 79, passed away peacefully at Patriots Colony at Williamsburg on March 21, 2014, with her family by her side. She is survived by her four children, Mary Ann Erickson and her husband, Greg, Henry Rodrigue and his wife, Sharon, Normand Rodrigue and his wife, Lise; four grandchildren, Elizabeth Cheeseman, Jason Erickson, Sarah Thomas, Brocha Ackerman-Niv; seven great-grandchildren; and brother-in-law, Paul Rodrigue. She lived a vibrant and active life. Marie was a proud hard-working person that lived the American Dream. The love of God, family and friends, adventures camping, Busch Gardens and travel filled her. She will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank her neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Brian Carlsen, Dr. Patricia Marcuson, Visiting Angels Homecare, Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, Patriots Colony at Williamsburg, and Riverside Regional Medical Center’s hospice staff for all of their loving care and attention. A memorial Mass will be held at a later date in Connecticut at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made in Marie’s behalf to the American Heart Association or a charity of one’s choice.
