Donald Roy Miner

Donald R. Miner, 81, of Evansville, passed away November 8, 2017. He was born July 8, 1936 to the late Roy and Louella (Goedde) Miner. Don was a retired manufacturing engineer and had a great sense of humor and made friends with anyone he met. He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Madison, AL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marian (Extrom) Miner. Don is survived by his sons; Jeff (Rita), Steve (Judy) and Scott (Lisa) Miner; grandchildren, Justin (Kiresten) Miner, Christie (Aaron) Henson, Daniel (Janelle) Miner, Michael (Hayden Davis) Miner, Zachary Miner, Matthew (Tiffany Scott) Miner; great-grandchildren, Bethany and Aaron Eaton, Natalie and Levi Henson, Carson Miner, Hattie Miner; two brothers, Keith (Carolyn) Miner and Ron (Elizabeth) Miner, and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to send a special thanks to Bethel Manor and all the wonderful staff for taking such good care of Don and putting up with his antics during his time there.
