Shirley Kay Rankin, 73, of Rosedale, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018. She was born on March 7, 1944, in Vigo County to Thomas William Archer, Jr. and Opal Roberts Archer. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, neighbor, and friend. Her spunky nature and kind, loving spirit will be missed by all who knew her, especially her son, Thomas Rankin.
