Larry G. Brandenburg

Larry G. Brandenburg, 70, of Richmond died Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Reid Health, Richmond. Larry was born in Richmond, December 26, 1947 to Earl W. and Margaret Wisecup Brandenburg. He attended Short High School and retired from Philco Ford after thirty years of employment. On July 18, 1998 Larry married his wife, Fe, in the Philippines, where they resided for seventeen years. In his leisure time, Larry enjoyed watching wrestling, old movies and listening to country music. Larry is survived by his wife of nineteen years: Fe Brandenburg of Richmond; his mother: Peg Brandenburg of Liberty; his sister: Sandy Webb of Liberty; his mother-in-law: Felicidad Alvis of the Philippines; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Larry is preceded in death by his father: Earl W. Brandenburg, his infant daughter: Sheena Brandenburg; his brother: Danny Brandenburg; his brother-in-law: Bill Webb. Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, April 13, 2018 at Brownsville United Methodist Church Cemetery, 206 N. Main St., Brownsville, with Pastor Kevin Arthur of Oak Park Pentecostal Church, Richmond, officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s charity of choice.
