Frank James Griffith

Frank James Griffith, 75, of Boston, VA, passed away at his home Tuesday, May 1, 2018. He was born October 21, 1945, to Harry Frank Griffith and Mary Ireana Bowen. Frank retired from VDOT; enjoyed John Deere tractors, small engine maintance and loved animals. He coached softball while his daughter Samantha played. Surviving Frank is his wife Elaine and daughter Samantha, both of Boston, his siblings Marion Weaver, Raymond Griffith and Daniel Griffith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister and four brothers. Graveside funeral services will be held in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, 4160 Rixeyville Road, Jeffersonton, VA, Monday, May 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Mike Dodson and Pastor Sandy Martin conducting the service. A fellowship reception will be held at New Salem Baptist Church, 8233 Sperryville Pike, Culpeper, VA, following the graveside service. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 6, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Clore-English Funeral Home, 11190 James Monroe Highway, Culpeper, VA.
