Paul Cope Jr.

Paul William Cope, Jr. 4/29/72 - 10/17/19 Paul was born April 29, 1972 in Arlington, VA and passed away in San Pedro, CA on October 17, 2019 at the age of 47. Paul attended George C. Marshall high school in Falls Church, VA where he was a member of the varsity football team. After high school, he went into the Marine Corp where he was stationed in Okinawa and California. Paul loved to travel and made many lasting friends, he enjoyed sports and was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos. He was a talented artist, loved an eclectic mix of music, he was intuned with nature and animals, he had a wonderful sense of humor and always made people laugh. He is the son of Paul W. Cope, Sr. and the late Linda A. Cope, the stepson of Linda R. Cope. He is survived by his sister Sharon Cope, nieces Sarah, Samantha and nephew Braeden, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his brother Stephen Leverone and his sister Heather Bakos. There will be a Memorial Remembrance and reception for Paul on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at Demaine Funeral Home, 5308 Backlick Rd, Springfield,VA In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to a charity of the donor’s choosing.
