William "Bill" Bryan Higgason, Jr.

William Bryan Higgason, Jr., 89, of Richmond, Virginia departed this life on September 6, 2018, at home surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Keeton Higgason; his father, William Bryan Higgason, Sr.; his mother, Rosalie Vaughn Higgason; and sister Kathleen Neese. Bill is survived by his sister, Jeanette Heffler; his son, William “Bubba” Higgason III; two daughters, Brenda Neely and Patricia Higgason; three grandchildren Christina Neely, Erwin Neely, and Devin Coe; and a great-grand son Samuel Royster. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends he loved so much. He served in the United States Air Force and was a delivery driver for Bogle Tire Company prior to his retirement. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 from 2 to 4pm and from 6 to 8pm at Woody Funeral Home - Parham Chapel, 1771 North Parham Road, Richmond, Virginia 23229. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 1pm in the funeral home chapel.
