IN THE CARE OF
Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service
Bobbie Jean Hewitt, 69 of Stafford passed away on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Loyal Order of the Moose.
For the past year she battled with cancer. During this time, she would tell everyone not to mourn over it. She took the time she had left in this world doing things she enjoyed and being with the people she loved. She left this world on her terms. Her passion for life was her family and friends, especially, her grandkids. They always put a smile on her face and warmed her heart.
Everyone that knew her knew how strong minded and compassionate she was. She loved all and was loved by many. She would tell us all to celebrate her life not to shed a lot of tears that she is still with us, in our hearts.
She is survived by two daughters, Geri Little and husband, Sean and Shelly Ebersole, and husband, Bob; son, Marty Broce and wife, Kesha; two loving sisters, Billie Corley and Judy Piatti; twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; and two nieces.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 5:00 pm., with the family starting to receive friends at 4:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
