Octavio Junqueira Campean 80, passed away in Virginia Beach on Saturday December 15, 2018. Octavio was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil to the late Roberto Paes Campean and Deolinda Junqueira Campean. He was an artist, painter and a dreamer.
Octavio eventually moved from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil to US for a better life for himself and his family. He worked very hard in screen printing for many years owning his own business in Connecticut with his daughter, Taissa working hard next to him as well as running other screen printing companies during his life.
He started Rio Graphics, Inc. with his wife, Diana and step daughter Debi in 1994. Rio Graphics is an embroidery company based in Virginia Beach which is still in business today. He loved inventing tools and building things for the business to utilize and make things work better. He fixed problems and found solutions that kept those embroidery machines humming. His mind was always working and creating to better the business. He loved boating and spending time at the camp ground in the RV with Diana for many years before his disease took over. Octavio had Parkinson's disease for about 10 years.
He loved his wife and family with his whole heart. He is survived by his wife, Diana J.
