Ruth Sacra

Ruth Connie Sacra went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2019. She was born April 13, 1958 to the late Willie Estelle and the late Hunter W. Houchens. She leaves a husband of 28years James A. Sacra, three daughters; Ruth E. Bowen and her husband Harland Shifflett, Jr., Jennifer L. Sacra and her husband Brian Bailey, Sara M. Sacra and her husband Carl Shifflett. one Son Charles W. Dunivan and his wife Barbara.Ten Grandkids; Michelle L. Bowen, Tiffany R. Shifflett, Harland F. Shifflett III, Christopher D. Thacker, Lois C. Dunivan, Charles W. Dunivan, Cory R. Dunivan, Tyler R. Dunivan, August D. Dunivan, Carleigh A. Shifflett and Hattie L. Shifflett. two Great-grandkids, Lukas McDaniel and Lynnleigh Dillard. In addition to one brother, Merritt Sprouse, two sisters Debbie Gentry, Norma Beverly She worked as a CNA/Med Tech at Mountainside for 20 years. She was the most loving and caring person anyone knew. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone. Her door was always open to anyone. the most important thing in her life was her family that she loved with all her heart. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 26, 2019, from 5pm-7pm. at Teague Funeral Home, 2260 Ivy Rd, Charlottesville VA 22903. A memorial service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 with the Pastor Daryle Chesak officiating.
