Together with our Mom, he loved gardening. Their garden was a showpiece and was often on the Garden Tour in Takoma Park. They also loved traveling the world together. Most of all, Ram Pershad was a family man. He doted over and cherished his wife of 65 years. Their love and devotion for one another was enviable. He revered his mother-in-law and respected her as his own mother. He unconditionally and overwhelmingly loved his two daughters Sadhana and Vandana, their husbands, Anil Agarwal and Anil Narang respectively. He adored his four grandchildren Neeraj, Vikram Smeeta and Vishal. They were the pride and joy of his life. He was the true meaning of piety, humility and love.
