Edward A. Dickmeyer

Edward Allen Dickmeyer, 64, of Nineveh died at 7:00 a.m. Sunday, June 2, 2019, at Columbus Regional Hospital. Ed was born in Indianapolis May 4, 1955, the son of Ernest L. and Mae Dell Hurt Dickmeyer. He married Deborah Dureya October 4, 2009 in Columbus; she survives. He was a member of Healing Waters Ministries in Columbus. He was a retired Landscaper after many years of loving his work. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Dickmeyer of Nineveh; daughters, Brandy James and Chasidy (Bob) Nichter both of Seymour; sons, Edward J. (Jamey) Dickmeyer of Seymour and Josh (Skye) Dickmeyer of Columbus; step-daughter, Trisha (Rovair) Whitehead of Columbus; siblings, Nancy Cope of Greenwood, Carolyn S. (John) Ousley of Sharps Chapel, TN, Fred (Janice) Clymer of Columbus, Ernest L. (Lana) Dickmeyer of Columbus, Luella K. (Ron) Jones of Indianapolis, Mary Ellen Dickmeyer of Indianapolis, Dixie Belle (Ralph) Olson of Columbus, Kathleen K. (Jim) Roush of Manhattan, KN, Daniel R. Dickmeyer and Phillip Doty both of North Vernon; 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents; 3 brothers. Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Healing Waters Ministries, 2330 Midway Street, with Pastor Tony Garris officiating. Calling will be from 10:00 a.m. to service time. Burial will follow at Bethel Baptist Cemetery. Arrangements were made by Myers~Reed Chapel on 25th Street.
