Timothy Franklin Calandrelli

Timothy Franklin Calandrelli, 66, of Francisco, Indiana passed away June 17. He was born September 4, 1952 in Alexandria, Indiana to Frank and Joanna (Shores) Calandrelli. Timothy spent his early years in Alexandria, and later moved to Kokomo, where he lived with his longtime companion, Donna Lobeck, until they relocated to Francisco, Indiana a few years ago. Timothy was a proud Vietnam Veteran who served with the Navy. When he returned from service he became a truck driver, both long haul and local. When Tim wasn’t driving his truck, he enjoyed target shooting, hunting and mowing the lawn. He has a large collection of eagles, of which he was quite proud. Tim is also a survivor of saliva gland cancer. Tim is survived by fiancée, Donna Lobeck; mother, Joanna Calandrelli; sons, Joey (Loni) Calandrelli, and Jason Carter; daughter, Ruby Calandrelli; brother, Terry Calandrelli; sister, Teena Calandrelli; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Tim was preceded in death by his father, Frank and daughter, Amber Williams. Family will receive friends Friday, June 21 from 10am-1pm at Ellers Mortuary on Main Street, 725 South Main Street, Kokomo, Indiana 46901, with service to follow. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery following the funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Paw Project, www.woundedpawproject.org. It has been the privilege of the staff at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home to serve Mr. Calandrelli’s family in their time of need.
