Henry Samuel Proctor
February 2, 1932 – June 22, 2019

Henry Samuel Proctor, 87, Chattanooga, TN, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Erlanger Hospital after a brief illness. He was born on February 2, 1932, in Evansville, IN to the late Herbert and Leora Proctor.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise (Taylor) Proctor.
Henry served proudly, in the U.S. Army Armored Division, and was stationed in Germany during the late 50s. He was a member of Brainerd Hills Baptist Church for over 30 years and served as a deacon. Henry and Louise enjoyed long ocean cruises, especially to the Caribbean. He was a wonderful singer, having performed with Jim Nabors in productions at the Little Theater in Chattanooga. Henry was an excellent cook and an avid gun enthusiast.
A Graveside Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday June 28, 2019 at Sunset Memorial Park officiated by Pastor Terry Gamblin.
